FIRST OF ALL

1.- You have to send an email notifying us that you are a new customer, providing your contact information and address where you want your package to be delivered in Mexico.


2.- Every article you bought has to be sent to our address in the States. 7511 Noemi Street

3.- Once you send something to our address in the States, send us an email notifying us and providing us with a simple description of what is it, the tracking number & if you want to insurance your packages.

 (This is for have a better and safer management).

You better know that...

4.- We deliver every 18 days from Donna to San Miguel, eventually well be able to do it more frequently. You can take a look to the next delivery to San Miguel and when is the dead like for your packages achieve that delivery in our Home page.


5.- Once your package arrived to San Miguel de Allende, we'll notify you to arrange a delivery time in convenience for you.

ONCE YOUR PACKAGES ARE IN SAN MIGUEL

6.- You will receive an invoice with the total cost in pesos. 

(Please consult our prices and payment methods).


7.- You can choose one of our payment methods to cover the total cost.


8.- A signature will be required once you received your packages (This does not apply for national deliveries).
